We recently sold-out of Phase 1 at Creekstone Estates in Moose Jaw!

To celebrate, we took the time to host a get-together for everyone in the newly formed community. The event marked an exciting milestone for our NewRock Team, and was an incredible evening for all.

Walking into the dining room or onto the deck was like joining a group of friends who’d known each other for years. For our NewRock team, this was both a moment of pride and a great reminder of why we do what we do. Deb, our salesperson for the project, put it best during a speech she prepared:

“I realize more than ever that what we’re doing is bigger than building great homes… we’re building better neighborhoods and creating better communities!”

Well before construction was planned or the land was purchased, we saw the potential of this Moose Jaw community. The contrast of beautiful country views and the convenient proximity to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment made this Bradley Street neighborhood an ideal location for an Estates Community. So, we built just that: bungalow condos featuring our three tried-and-true floorplans — the Newport, Westport, and Bridgeport.

But more than anything, what makes Creekstone Estates a great community is the people who live there!
