As COVID-19 restrictions have been relaxing, we’ve been working hard to ensure that all of our sales centers are safe and ready for you to visit. We’ve been open for the past few months by appointment, but are finally able to announce that we’re starting to get back to regularly scheduled hours at most of our locations! While not yet at full pre-COVID hours, this is an exciting weekend for us, and we hope that you’ll come to visit a sales center near you. 

In the coming weeks, these hours are subject to change, so stay tuned.

British Columbia

For our BC communities, Ridgewood Landing and Mackenzie Place, things are getting back to normal! The timing here is excellent as we are officially selling the highly anticipated 4th Phase at Ridgewood Landing and have just launched some huge Summer Sales at Mackenzie Place. Here’s what to expect for hours:

• Ridgewood Landing, Prince George – The showhome at 2425 Rowe Street will be open on Saturday and Sunday from 12 -4. If these times don’t work, you can also book an appointment anytime by calling or texting Sandra at (250) 617 – 6844. 
• Mackenize Place, Fort St. John – The showhomes at Mackenzie place will remain by appointment only. As we’ve been very busy with the new pricing, this has been the best way for our team to manage viewings. To book your appointment, call or text Trevor at 250-262-7334.
  

Alberta

In Alberta, we’re happy to be opening up more and look forward to even more hours in the coming weeks for some of our sites. We hope you’ll take advantage of these times to see the progress being made at a now 1/2 sold out Livingstone Estates and to learn more about the upcoming community of Southlands Park! Here’s what the weekend looks like:

• The Willows, Blackfalds – Our showhome here is still open, however, by appointment only. This has been working great for us here, and this will continue for the foreseeable future. To get something scheduled, call or text (403) 502 – 3844 anytime!
• Livingstone Estates, Lethbridge – The 330 Northlander Bend showhome is now open Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday from 12 – 4! Appointments are offered at any time, though, and you just need to call or text Trisha at (403) 331 – 1132 to set something up.
• Southlands Park, Medicine Hat – With busy schedules for our team here in Medicine Hat, we will be opening Sundays from 1 – 3 PM at our 350 Somerside Rd location. The best way to discover Southlands Park is still by appointment, and we encourage you to call or text Wendy at (403) 458 – 0193 to learn more!
  

Saskatchewan

Last but not least, we have our Saskatchewan communities! Like AB and BC, we have a lot going on and are prepared to start adding office hours to the mix for most sites. We hope that you’ll take some time in the coming days to learn about the start of phase 2 at Meadowview Point and the many excellent bungalow condo options at Savanna Estates!

• Meadowview Point, Saskatoon – To say that we are busy at Meadowview Point would be an understatement! To safely manage demand here, we will remain by appointment only for the time being. To get something booked, call or text, Mike at (306) 270 – 5032.
• Savanna Estates, Pilot Butte – Just minutes from Regina, be sure to make a stop out at Savanna Estates. Our showhome is located at 4 Savanna Crescent and is open both Saturday and Sunday from 12 – 4, or by appointment. If we don’t fit into your weekend plans, be sure to book an appointment by calling or texting Devin at (306) 580 – 3518.
• Creekstone Estates, Moose Jaw – For the first time in a few months, we’re excited to be open for both Saturday and Sunday at our 940 Bradley Street show home. We’ll be there from 12 – 4 both days and, of course, by appointment. Just call or text Devin at (306) 580 – 3518 to set something up.
