Recently, we celebrated the Official Ground Breaking of Ridgewood Landing: a new community of bungalow condos in the University Heights neighborhood of Prince George.
With well over 300 in attendance throughout the day — including acting Mayor Terri McConnachie — the event was a great way to help kick off the project. Just three weeks later, we’re pleased to announce that we’re nearly sold out of both Phase 1 and 2 of Ridgewood Landing.
Beyond the barbeque and sod-turning ceremony, the afternoon gave our team the opportunity to answer questions about this exciting new community. In particular, many were interested to learn more about the Maintenance-Free Lifestyle: where for a condo fee of just $217 per month, homeowners at Ridgewood Landing will never have to worry about mowing the lawn or shoveling their snow ever again. Another common topic of conversation for our prospective homebuyers is the process of pre-buying. To learn more about the benefits of buying your home before it’s built, check out this article.
If you’re interested in owning one of these exceptional bungalow condos — but are unsure of what the final product will look like — you can also check out our other active Estates-Style projects. At present, we’re building four communities with similar floorplans and features to Ridgewood Landing. The photos shown below were taken at the showhomes of Southlands Gate in Medicine Hat, Savanna Estates in Pilot Butte, and LivingStone Estates in Lethbridge.
We’d like to thank everyone who came out to join us for the barbeque, participate in the ceremony, and celebrate this exciting addition to the Prince George housing market. In the coming weeks, we’ll be making important announcements on Phase 3 of Ridgewood Landing. To stay up-to-date, follow us on Facebook.

And in the meantime, check out these highlights from the Ground Breaking!
Completed in 2013, Stonebridge Villas offered 60 townhomes backed by $1.6 million in contributions from our mortgage and downpayment assistance programs, as well as contributions from the City of Saskatoon and the provincial Head$tart program.
