We’re proud to announce that we’re officially sold out at The Grand! Located on Fairmont Boulevard in South Lethbridge, this multi-story condo community was designed for Exceptional Adult Living and allows homeowners the chance to live maintenance-free. Through this project, our NewRock Team was able to connect with contractors, homeowners, and people all throughout this wonderful city! Thanks to all of you for making The Grand such an excellent project and experience!

The best part of the work we do is seeing active, vibrant communities form and residents move into their new homes! Over the course of this project, we’ve enjoyed seeing what was once a blueprint and an empty chunk of land transform into a well-built community filled with a network of like-minded homeowners. Featuring 38 units and 11 different floorplans — ranging in size from 866 to 1286 square feet — The Grand offered homebuyers a wide variety of options, each designed to cater to a modern and mature lifestyle.

Our goal was to give the Lethbridge market a place they could find everything they were looking for in a condo. We’re proud to have done just that.

Now, with the new year upon us, we’re turning our full attention westward to LivingStone Estates: Lethbridge’s own Estates-Style Community. Like The Grand, this project is designed for Exceptional Adult Living. But instead of homes built within a multi-story, we’re offering spacious bungalow condos!
