Referrals have always been one of our favourite ways of connecting with new buyers, and this revamped program is designed to show our appreciation for those that spread the word!

Making a referral is fast, easy and open to anyone. If the lifestyle or homes found at one of our Estates style communities would be ideal for someone in your life, let them know. Connecting friends or family with a home they might love is rewarding on its own, but to make it even better, we are doubling our referral fee. This means that if anyone you recommend buys a home with us, you’ll have $1000 cash in your pocket! 

To be eligible for a referral fee, those that you refer must be registered before their first visit to our showhome. To do this, head over to the referral page on our website by clicking here. On the site, you will find all of the information you need and an easy to use form. In addition to online registrations, you are also able to fill out a referral card in person at one of our sales centers! If you’re thinking of checking out a showhome, ask one of our salespeople for a card to get started.
