Livingstone Estates

Livingstone Estates is an exciting continuation of the sold-out Fairmont Landing development we built last year in South Lethbridge! For this project, we chose to build in the up-and-coming Garry Station neighborhood on the Westside. This 40+ adult community of bungalow condos will feature our three exclusive floorplans: The Bridgeport, Westport, and Newport. Savanna Estates

Savanna Estates in the most recent phase of our Savanna Heights project in Pilot Butte. We started with the successful Villas product and are now moving onto one of the lots most picturesque locations for the construction of the Estates. Our team is very excited to be bringing The Estates line-up to Pilot Butte and there has been a lot of interest so far! Like all Estates projects, we will be featuring the popular Bridgeport, Westport, and Newport floorplans.
