We recently hosted our Grand Opening event for Southlands Gate — a highly anticipated adult community of bungalow condos in Medicine Hat.
The event marked another successful community launched by our NewRock Developments team — with over half of the available homes already sold prior to the big day. Our President and CEO, Cam Ens, remarked that “The event certainly surpassed our expectations! We’ve been so pleased with how enthusiastic everyone has been about Southlands Gate and with the amount of interest we’ve received. Being able to bring a community like this to our hometown, and to have it going so well, has been very exciting for both myself and the entire team.”
During the event, approximately 400 people stopped by to enjoy the new showhome and experience the community first hand.
With the launch of the Southlands Gate showhome now complete we are looking forward to similar events for LivingStone Estates in Lethbridge, Savanna Estates in Pilot Butte, and an exciting second phase for Creekstone Estates in Moose Jaw! These events will be taking place this coming Spring and Summer, so be sure to stay tuned.
