We’re excited to announce that Southlands Gate — an Estates-Style Community in Medicine Hat — is officially sold out!

Located in the southeast corner of the city, near great shopping and recreational destinations, this community of 32 bungalow condos was a hit among downsizers and active retirees. A part of our Estates-line, Southlands Gate — like the four other communities of its kind — featured three reality-tested floorplans, exceptional standard features, and a long list of available upgrades and finishings.
