Recently, we sold out at Southlands Gate: a community of thirty-two condos located in the SE corner of Medicine Hat. To celebrate, we broke out our NewRock BBQ, brought together the new homeowners, and enjoyed an evening of food and drinks.

Needless to say, we had a great time! Events like these are always great reminders of why we do what we do. More than just well-built homes, we’re committed to building communities that enrich the lives of the people living in them. Cam, NewRock’s CEO, had this to say during the event:

“Our team really saw a need for this type of community in Medicine Hat and we couldn’t be more proud of how it all came together. This was our first local project of this type and we’re so happy to see such a vibrant community form around our vision for what an adult living community could be.”

Given how fast Southlands Gate sold out — and the positive reception we received at this event — we’re proud to call Southlands Gate a success.
